I really have no idea what category this belongs in...! D:
But uh... Hey! I totally worked hard on this one! Though I think I still only spent like five or six hours on it, which is what I USUALLY spend on images, but I still feel like I put more effort into it than... other images. o_O
But yes. Terrocs as in "Terra" + "Roc". Those tailfeathers were such a pain to get looking "acceptable."
Whoa! This has a totally different style from your other digital works... What did you do differently?
And, uh, it totally shows that you put more effort into this than your other drawings. It's pretty amazing. But instead of spending ages obsessing over every detail, I'll say this: the only negative thing I can think to say about this picture is that the forest and lake in the background are a little boring. Everything else- the mountains, clouds, birds (or terrocs), that fence-thing, stones, and trees in the foreground, looks better than most anything I've ever seen from you before. So, um, congratulations, or something. Heh.

Hurrah and thank you and such! I was trying some new techniques with uh... the grass and trees (I had them coloured differently in the beginning, but they didn't look very good, so I tried a different technique) and was slower and paying more attention to detail. I think I usually get impatient and leave things blurry and unclear, but I was trying to avoid that this time, and this is the result! Huzzah!
And the forest IS kind of boring. Apparently I couldn't think of anything better to put there when I was drawing this though. Maybe my imagination gland was sleeping at the time. o_O
Yes, this is a lot clearer than your other drawings, which are sometimes sort of vague-looking, especially with the backgrounds. That in itself isn't always bad, though, and in some cases it made your art look better, even.
There's just a lot more detail in this drawing, though. Compared to your other art, it's sort of like looking at High-def TV for the first time. Weird, analogy, but it's true...

That actually looks like a scene from a book I read a few months ago. So good.
